1. Simon Sinek: Start With Why

In this talk, Simon Sinek, author of Start With Why, explains the difference between what drives success and failure – regardless of the amount of resources, money, or the size of one’s team.

2. Joachim de Posada – Don’t Eat the Marshmallow!

A short talk (right around 7 minutes), where Joachim de Posada explains the importance of understanding delayed gratification (even as a child) and its direct correlation to long term success. Also, the kids are hilarious.  Great for employers looking to build their team.


3. David Blaine – How I held my breath for 17 minutes

Magician David Blaine walks through the preparation and experience of setting the world record of holding his breath for 17 minutes.  Often times we see only the end result, and not the months and years of preparation that go in to an accomplishment.


4. Susan Cain – The Power of Introverts

Susan Cain, author of Quiet, argues that in a business world seemingly dominated by outspoken individuals, we may be overlooking the contributions of introverts simply because they are quieter.  Interesting talk to help you and your team unlock a great resource you may not have been aware of.
